Stanley Cup Finals
I've always said that I want another Canadian team to win the Stanley Cup because it has been far too long since the cup has been back in Canada.
Then I start with the exceptions...as long as its not Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, orrrrrrr Montreal. I don't mind Montreal so much after having watched a Habs game this year.
I have no beef with Ottawa. They don't have TSN (Toronto's Sports Network) behind them and they are so new to the league that they don't have much of a history besides sucking in the playoffs. Also, they play the Oilers so infrequently that I don't really have a grudge through a rivalry.
This year, since the Mother of all Idiots, is playing for the team against Ottawa in the finals, there is no way that ANY Edmonton Oiler fan can cheer for the Ducks. That would reek of heresy. Even if you believe that cheering for another team is wrong, cheering for a team that has Chris Pronger on it, is even worse
Go Sens Go.
PS- My cheering for them immediately stops after the series is over.

It's interesting, since a certain Mike Comrie is playing for Ottawa. Rough for us Oilers fans. But, yeah, go Sens, it'd be cool to have the Cup come back and have it be in the capital.
