The Jury is Still Out

Arthur makes a good point in his comment on my latest post.

Roloson did have a heck of a game Sunday night...especially a back to back game. He is still struggling with his rebound control but any way that you look at it, it is awesome that he stopped all 3 of the Avalanche shots.

However, the fact of the matter is, Roloson is 4-3-3 with the Oilers this season. He has looked either really good or really bad. So is that a good thing?

Basically I've just come to the conclusion that he's just like any of the other 3 keepers this year that the Oilers have had. The only consistency that he has is that he's inconsistent.

Perhaps the only solace for him and the Oilers is that he is the annointed numero uno. Hopefully that will be enough to allow the Oilers to become playoff bound.
