I'm back

Howdy all

I got back from BC last night (being Saturday). The trip was great. I got to spend copious amounts of time with Jackie's family. Not to be outdone, I was able to enjoy a glorious dinner and game of cards with my Aunt and Uncle & Chauntille from Medicine Hat. As well, I was able to visit with my Auntie Dawn and Kelty twice.

The weather was great and this allowed me to go golfing three places: Bootleg Gap, Eagle Ranch and Copper Point. Eagle Ranch was good as always (I've been there four times and I have yet to be disappointed) and I think I may have found a new 'must play' in Bootleg Gap. As for Copper Point, I like it but I'll have to learn how to putt properly if I'm going to play it again.

I also had the pleasure of hearing Ray 'The Hat Man" Easton play at the Mountainside Clubhouse. He could sing a mean Stevie Ray Vaughn, Steve Miller, AC/DC, Billy Idol, Johnny Cash and Garth Brooks. However, he is also an accomplished golfer, poolshark, inventor, coke addict, businessman and other things which caused me to lose a bit of respect for him. The jury is still out on him I guess.

Well now after a week of sinful eating it's off to the gym.

Those are quite the adjectives!

Copious -- Fun word, huh? Add it to the list!

Glorious -- Well, I don't know if the supper was that good, but if you insist...!

Glad to hear you made it back safely. I bet you were singing along to Ray's music the entire way home!
